Wings player 100% batted the puck over the glass and into the crowd. The refs got together and decided not to call the "by the book penalty". On minute later, Kane tied the game late in the 3rd. Refs did what they could to help the wings / screw over Minnesota. That was, by definintion, a delay of game penalty that the refs absolutely chose not to call to keep the game close.
Wild a Win barely, they think they only have to play One period, if the Wings won I would have been happy for them, against the Avs/Stars, Wild will be hanging their Heads 🏒😐

Habs fan here. I wasn't worried in the slightest about Habs not making the playoffs yesterday. Detroit losing today, not sure if they make the playoffs now with Ottawa & Boston for the 7th and 8th spot now.
Five years ago, Larkin was the best center Detroit had. He's still the best center, though at best he'd be a 2nd line center on most teams.

too little too late. the moment the wings play actual hockey and put the puck into the slot and across goal, stuff happens. They simply do not do this enough and opt for random low quality shots most of the time. Terrible team to watch…

That no call on the obvious delay of game after the Red Wings player clearly batted it over the glass with his stick is just another example of how officiating across all leagues is just going down the shitter.
