Need stan on the roster, do we need him playing as much as he has been no make him a fighting specialist 🤣💥

  2. Wgr needs a new hockey analyst. Paul Hamilton is clueless. And a college club hockey player. My son played peewee and squirts, maybe you could get him

  3. well, we pick up several players at the deadline and we eventually see some problems ! here is my prescription… go back to the team lineup the way it was BEFORE the trade deadline and keep carrick, when and if he can play, on the 4th line… no doubt he helps a ton. as far as the other guys, not much help there. stanley should be kept on the bench as an enforcer only… he is slow, takes bad penalties which hurt the team, does not pass that well and when a smaller, faster player on the other team ( and there are many players much faster than him !!!) starts to press him for the puck he becomes a liability. the good thing about stanley is he WILL fight for us ( especially vs. tampa tonight) and he has a pretty powerful shot from the point when he lets one fly. as well, team metsa with someone else other than stanley as i am sure that when a smaller/faster player looks at stanley with the puck, they think he is a big, slow dufous that is ripe for the pickin' !! finally, team metsa with someone that he can grow with that will benefit us in the future, just like our other "d" lines that know each other so well now. LETS GO SABRES !!!

  4. You deluded yourselves into thinking you were exceptional. Instead of adding talent, you traded for a bunch of scrubs at a crucial deadline, mostly to protect other scrubs.

Enjoy your week of playoff hockey.

What a miraculous achievement in a sport that rewards futility with the best picks. 🎉

  5. In my opinion, and I realize this mirrors most others' opinion, if they don't figure this sudden staleness out, they'll win one or "maybe" two games in this coming playoff series. I haven't followed them a lot in recent years since I've been living out of town, but I've read that they shuffled the lineup lately with a new player or two and that's when the non production (and losing) started. Now, I'm far from being an expert on hockey coaching, but it seems to me maybe that's the problem???? Why fix what clearly wasn't broken?

  6. if the Sabre's don't win tonight, they will not win another regular season game, mark my words. Also, until Lindy Ruff benches some of these defense liabilities like Power, Bryum and even Tage Thompson for a few shifts or a period NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

  7. Stanleys skating is a problem. I don't know who the skating coach is BUT Thompson and Greenway improved by leaps and bounds since they arrived maybe a full off season with us will help

  8. It was the pre-recorded one last message from the late great Rick Jeanneret, that got me. That being recorded in 2021 was so good.
