  1. Larkin plays the "poor me, I need help" role perfectly. And he is probably right. Hopefully Steven Yzerman accommodates him finally. Can't judge Larkin as a Captain fairly without seeing what he's capable of with an actual playoff/contender worthy roster. Same goes with Todd. He's gotten this rag tag roster very close, imagine what he could do with an actual roster tailored around his style.

I can't even watch the games tbh, I just check the scores on Google.

  2. and we fn traded buchelnikov for nothing this year. shoulda kept him. not that faulks been bad. hes been good but the team is just shit. players just cant seem to develop here. this organization sucks. lets sign another appleton this offseason and another aging veteran that'll fix it. the pro scouting on this team is absolute shit. whoever is in charge of that needs to be canned

  3. I would be in favor of trading 85% of the roster away. Debrincat can stay, kasper can stay, finnie can stay….the rest I will be glad to see go….gutless….heartless

  4. how i wish we ended up with stutzle instead of raymond. raymond is just a fancy play maker. cant skate hard or drive play worth shit.

  5. Larkin seems to have no personality. Nobody wants a robot as a leader. Find a new captain. He's a great player, but obviously he can't lead a team past the regular season. It's been proven.

  6. Well, here we are again, year ten of a four year rebuild… you can't fix a problem with the same mind that created it. Stevie is a hockey playing god, but he's not going to build a cup team. Make him something else, his formula isn't working in the Motor City.

  7. I seen the highlights, Larkin does the exact same move every time in the shootout 😂 He has zero creativity and that's the way it's always been and that's the way it always will be unfortunately

  8. I love Larkin but this obviously isn’t working. Team needs to make some difficult changes over the off season. I really had high hopes this year, super devastating that this is a recurring issue. Step the fuck up and make some changes

  9. Having Talbot start Sunday and not letting Cossa get a single start ALL YEAR is a fireable offense all by itself. He was drafted in the first year of the Biden Administration FFS. Yzerman is so conservative that it's actually shocking.

  10. Shut up larkin. you absolute bum. it’s over. whined and cried for yzerman to make a trade when you never deserved it. He should have traded you. can’t motivate the team, horrific 5 on 5. im so done with this team

  11. ITS OVER. Trade larkin this summer. Bring cosssa up, stop fucking waiting so long to develop these young guys, get them in the fkn lineup NEXT GAME. I’m over this team

  12. A team without direction, it is clear that it is due to management directives and its incompetence. Time to grant the GM and his staff their resignation…

  13. Ras, Compher, Copp, Appleton, JBD, and even Kasper need to go. They actively help us lose every time. Bunch of cardio merchants skating around, getting a workout and a damn good paycheck, just doing absolutely nothing to help us win. Oh, and you can also throw Perron on that list at this point.
