    man, the NHL was down so bad when they were on the oln/versus network

    I realize they didn’t wanna run the pay to play for ESPN like the NBA did but their licensing deals were a generational fumble

    16 years ago… Fck me that hurts. Crazy how fast it’s gone by & how little true excitement we’ve had since then.

    Hoping the current team gets in vs PIT & we get back (close to it anyways lol) to that passion/energy.
