Le PK depuis l’échange de McCarron et Smith

Cela inclut le CBJ, car Smith, un quart de 6 secondes, signifie essentiellement qu’il n’a jamais joué.

Crazy because I remember being berated by armchair GMs because not every player should be a goal scorer and every player has a « role to play »
Almost as if putting your most skilled players on the ice ACTUALLY HELPS YOUR TEAM

McCarron and smith were great PK’ers but this strengthens the point that they were serviceable

Only adding this information cause it was wild for me to see it when I went looking as well.
    From Oct 7 – March 2 we were sitting in 13th with a PK% of 80.0% and a SH GD of -32
In those 60 games, we only scored 4 SH Goals — We have since scored the same amount (4) in 18 games.
The fact we have also increased to nearly a 90% PK% since the trade is insane!

Also some of the shorties have been GWG, looking at the Haula goal against SJS on Saturday. Smith/McCarron could never bury that. Then again idk how tf Skjei did that either

Some of you claimed that the PK would fall off a cliff without them. Nevermind the fact that they had a 3 game stretch in the middle of the season where the Preds didn’t give up a single goal on the PK. Those 3 games happened to coincide with Mac and Smith being out with injury at the same time,

The Preds are also 10-5-2 since trading them.
