    I was pretty happy with the Zucker signing at the time but he has been a massive part of turning us into a playoff team. Scores big goals, brings experience, and seems like a superb guy for the room.

    Benson also has to be the most endearingly annoying little shit in the world for all the flack he gets from the guys haha.

    Zuckers glow up since coming to Buffalo needs to be studied. I remember watching him a bit in the Wild. He was fast then, but honestly a pretty uneventful player. Didn’t really shoot much, didn’t get many points, didn’t hit. 

    Now in Buffalo this guy is playing with so much heart; guy is involved, scoring, making plays, hitting, blocking. 

    Never thought he would get that much better in the later half of his career.

    Zucker has been a good veteran presence and a stabilizing force in the middle six with how he’s been able to fit in and find a role with various linemates.

    Props to Jarmo for bringing him into the organization.
