i feel like we flushed so many great opportunities down the toilet this year by "being too cute", starting with the first couple of games against division rivals, i'm pretty sure we start hotter next year and we're ready in game one.. i think mack's dream of winning the hart in a storybook season is dwindling.. maybe his only chance is 7+ points in 5 games left to take over the San Jose Sharks franchise record as its they'll most likely miss the playoffs… i really feel like this team's lost it… where's the confidence we once had in November? we need the swag back!!! not much can go wrong when you funnel guys & pucks to the net front… i hope they can find the mojo again for this final road-trip and give us much to look forward to next year, teams are just boxing us out and jamming up the neutral zone.. you gotta chip pucks to corners NOT RIM AROUND the other side (when they setup a full trap & box) and guys gotta have controlled entries (while moving their feet) to get more support in the o-zone!
Horrible game. Mack lost the Hart and the team got eliminated from the playoffs. Sucks to see the team get outplayed like that. You can see that the improvements this team needs to make go beyond the defense.

i feel so bad hes was so mad at him self after this game. he needs some support and i know he just called his dad as soon as he made it home.

Sucks to see him upset but you can tell he's matured a lot over the course of the season in how he responds to these losses.
