Wysh saying some of the same things I’ve said about Francis and the expansion draft misses. Much of that was other teams being smarter and not willing to make deals with Seattle like they were with Vegas.

But Francis failed to adjust to that and come up with a different approach to building a contender. We ended up with a mediocre to bad team for 4 of 5 seasons.

  2. The comparisons of his time with Carolina and now kraken is crazy. Very similar.

They this organization thinks that other franchises failures won’t happen to them is astounding. The teams that are thriving are the ones thinking outside the box. Get managers that understand the proper way of building (through the draft) and surround the prospects with the proper tools. Enough of this « cups in room » or « veterans to fill the void » issues.

Alison is such a diplomat. Haha

That was pretty forward, asking if she would ever want to work in a front office. She didn’t exactly close the door…

  5. People overstate the Geekie situation. Boston signed him for $2M AAV in 2023. You know, bottom 6 money. It’s not like anyone thought he was a 40G guy. Thing is, he plays with Pasta. A lot of guys gonna put up big numbers with Pasta.
