With the right cast he would be more loved, I know he is by a lot of the fan base and he gets his fair share of grief when he doesn’t back check. He’s been a consistent player including in the playoffs. We’re lucky to have him.

For 11 million? What a rip off for a one dimensional player. If we was a defensively elite you’d say fair value but at his salary if he’s not gonna put up 100 points consistently while ignoring one side of the ice he’s overpaid.
