Larkin, instead of being Mr. Blightside, needs to start getting pissed. He seems incapable of it. Mo was that way last year letting people punch him in the face without retaliating. This year he was a snarling wolf and played with an edge. Even the robot McDavid snaps at his team. Larkin has no fight, just manic energy. Flip over the taco bar after the game or trash your locker stall. Quit sulking. Quit saying you don't know what hapoened when you choked. Start holding each other responsible.
As a sens fan I actually feel sorry for you guys. I never hated Detroit I loved old Detroit Yzerman Federov Osgood so on, it will be fun to watch the wings in the playoffs. That said, the Devil's really wanted to screw you guys over tonight, and they did. Goodluck next season boys and girls.
Yzerman assembled a team that was in first at the end of January. They shut out the Avs last fall. They crushed the blues just two weeks ago. The issue isn't Yzermans roster. It's on ice leadership. With four minutes left our captain pinched while covering d and he allowed the two on one that ended the season. His weak ass mental mistake is a perfect example as to why they flop yearly. If the captain is a weak minded clown who cries and makes excuses don't expect to win.
I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the gm and coaches when the team can’t make it out of their own zone and attack. Then wonder why they give up leads defending 90 percent of the period.
These "journalists" ask some of the absolute dumbest possible nothing questions you could ever conceive of. How do they find 9 ways to ask the same pointless obvious questions? It's almost a skill. Did these people go to school for this? Baffling.
Overall, they ended close to expectations. But holy collapsable lawn chair, pathetic end to the season. At least they now have a lifetime supply of Charmin
Even when they were winning earlier in the season they were still getting out worked. They're not a good hockey team. It's a country club. A soft team to play against. No quality depth and no leadership. They keep making the same mistakes and feeling sorry for themselves. It's embarrassing.
I bought a Larkin jersey his rookie year and told myself when he was named captain I would get the C stitched on it when he leads them to a playoff series win. Needless to say, there’s still no C on the jersey.
Since we are eliminated from the playoffs it's time to give Cossa his shot in goal for these last few games. He can always go back down to help the Grand Rapids Griffins in the playoffs.. Plus it gives Augustine few more games under his belt..

I honestly have no words. Absolutely disgusted. Smh.
Yzerman paid the price for Trocheck Detroit would be in playoffs
Obviously missing a player like that
10 years and being that close each year is surely something
Congrats to Alex Lyon for escaping this team and going to the playoffs with Buffalo. Fuckin stoked for that guy. He was my favorite player.

Trust the Yzerman plan 🤣
Players have to be accountable.

I hope DeBrincat actually wants to re-sign here.
As a Red Wings fan for 43 years this is by far the most unpopular least fun and soft team I’ve ever seen in Detroit

I just stopped by to say Goodbye. Never will I care again. It is obvious the team doesn’t.
Larkin should spread his wages amongst the fans
Is this the biggest collapse in nhl history? Was #1 in the division not long ago
