Yes, the defenseman was leaning on him. He couldn't go around to the left. That meant either going behind the net to the right, or just running over the goalie. He CHOSE the latter, which makes it goaltender interference.
Of course, it didn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but what if he'd injured Woll? Once again, we see the Panthers being allowed to run over the Leafs' goalies with impunity.
