Real question, what do our D-pairs look like? Is Hutson playing first pair with Matheson? We’re missing Carrier too. This is about as bad of an injury as it could be.

The team is massively over achieving and needs a couple pieces to make a step.
A 2C, and at least 1 bigger vet who can play on the bottom 6. And sorting out 1 more stable vet to replace carrier at minimum.
Then also adding reinbacher and Hage.
Without this, I think they fall short of the better deeper teams.
This year is going to give a lot of info on who is core and who is used to add to the core.
For me, keepers are slaf, suzuki, caufield, demidov, newhook, Hage, on D, its the big 3. everyone else and all can be used to upgrade.
Dobson being out I think forces eyes on the gaps that still exist.
