Probably a dumb question but why didnt they just have Ovi take the face-off from the start

And likes always Sid wins it. One guy scores a lot of goals other guy plays a complete and round game and scores bunch too and is also a quality human being.
How fake has this league become.
I’ll miss these two once they’re both gone. What an amazing 20+ years worth of hockey.
I hate when the Caps do something that forces me to not dislike them, even if momentarily.
