but being brutally honest there’s no point reaching the Playoffs just to get embarrassed so tough but truth we didn’t deserve to make the playoffs this season still need major restructuring

I mean, if the Rangers aren’t gonna be in the playoffs, it always makes it worse for me to see either the Devils or Isles in it. I definitely did a little cheer when I saw the Isles eliminated.

Call me petty but I was hoping the Islanders would be hockeys patriots or this years Montreal Canadians. Now I know having to listen to ohh we lost in the finals all summer would be insufferable but them getting smashed next year and having a worse draft pick would make it worth it.

Was at the Islanders game Thursday night at UBS against the Leafs (company outing) and during the game their fans had a Rangers suck chant going at one point. Can’t say I’m too upset about them being eliminated lol
