    Rutherford is hotdogging the job. It’s his retirement project. Promote Allvin to president until his current contract runs out and put RJ as a GM and Manny as head couch. I don’t know why Rutherford is so admired, so far he’s done a middling job, at best! And Allvin isn’t good but he is t terrible either, so keep him and see if he vindicates himself. Jussayin
