larkin has two 5 on 5 goals since december. 3 5 on 5 points in 2026 alone. he’s the biggest reason for us missing the playoffs.
There’s a reason Shine has been a minor leaguer his whole career. He’s not a NHL regular. Never will be. Watson can’t skate worth a dam. This team needs an injection of young energy not career AHL players.
Detroit finished where they should. Their Eastern Conference lead or being top 3 was smoke and mirrors. They aren't a very good team, Gibson held them into so many games. They have good pieces, but they have a severe lack of supporting cast players.

This must be frustrating. But this team wouldn’t not made it far in the playoff. Their depth is suspect. I don’t really trust there Defense. Hopefully they red wings can better in the offseason
