For the first time in Dallas Stars history that we have outright clean sweep against the Toronto Maple Leafs! This is also the first time in 45 years that the North Stars/Stars have outright clean sweep against the Maple Leafs! Last time that happened was in 1980-81 season when it was the North Stars winning 4 against the Leafs!
Bob Gainey, Ken Hitchcock, Lindy Ruff, Rick Bowness, and Pete DeBoer have failed to sweep Toronto!
