@Blue Jackets de Columbus

Ok..

I didn't feel the same level of effort and implication we are now used to. I guess it's only human, after having put so much pressure behind them — Caufield's 50th, Slaf's 30th, securing a place in the playoffs… Let's hope they'll bounce back in time for the real season.

  3. 6:04 Why does thr goaler has to go behind.. lot of time it end up a goal because he doesn't have time to get ready for action.. I hate when that happen. STAY IN YOUR NET

  4. It is a shock to see Montreal get trounced. Just a real nothing game even MSL took the game as a chance to try some different combinations. I sure hope Struble – Xhekaj never happens again.
    I am just hoping Suzuki gets his 100 point.

  5. Every time the Habs looked like they were getting something going the refs blew the whistle. Deeply frustrating game to watch.

  6. I went to the Rockets game yesterday for tbe first time: 1) is a horse and noticeable every shift 2) Xhekaj is as advertised, he rarely sits down on the bench, is always ready and observing, not just watching. 3) Reinbacher still a bit awkward, almsot like he needs to grow into himself a little more.

  7. Felt like the by's were playing hungover. A little slow, a little distracted, bobbling easy pucks Columbus came to win and played like their season depended on it. We'll see if they're more awake tonight.

  8. If you watch the front view of the called back goal, Doby had his stick and glove over the puck up against his pad, buddy had to whack it out and Doby can only balance like that for so long while being pushed back 😂 whistle should have went before the 2nd whack at it.

  9. Ugly game last night, hopefully Dobson isn't seriously injured! Whole team played poorly, especially in that second period. Hung poor Dobes out to dry last night giving up multiple high danger chances. Still could have been a much different game had we not fanned on so many of our chances. Officiating was pretty awful last night, multiple missed calls on Columbus for blatant trips and holds. One of their guys was literally hugging Xhekaj at one point meanwhile we got called twice for weak holds. We didn't lose because of the officiating but it definitely doesn't help the team get back into a game where they're struggling.

  10. 8:04 Thought you'd be more in awe of Cole's unbelievable shot for his 51st. Ain't seen something this tight since college 😛

  11. Well thats me just finished watching the game and i'm glad I didn't stay up for it. Poor showing last night but hey ho it happens. Think Xhekaj had a steady game, glad he got more ice time. Next game please and hopefully a better one.
    Cheers fae Scotland.

  12. I hope the Habs don’t get home ice advantage. They are much better on the road. 15 home loses vs 8 on the road.

  13. Ill never understand why they dont call 4 min on penalties that arent high sticks that result in blood/injury. I've always understood that the rule is accross the board not just high sticking. The reason high sticking is called is because they check everytime due too the fact that a stick to the face tends to draw blood more commonly but a cross check to the back of a player with no puck and results in blood/injury should 100% always be called 4 min as well min

  14. I thought after the first that "ok, they're close, they'll come back and tie it in the second". Boyyyyyyyy was I wrong lol.

  15. Blue jackets brought that playoffs gameplay. And that's what I was talking about the other day about Montreal bad habit of being outshot in the first period… and second period… Gotta get that momentum early in the game during playoffs…
