Totally agree with Craig. This rebuild has to last 3-4 for it to work. That means being a basement dweller for the entire duration of that time. If we don't do that, it won't work. In the 4th year, when you're stocked with picks and prospects, you can make moves and bring in UFAs and trades to supplement the kids. In the meantime, focus on picking up cheap veteran leaders.
