Faire exploser l’avance en 3ème période et donner 2 pts à l’autre équipe, même si nous avions remporté une victoire dans la moitié de celles-ci, nous serions solidement en séries éliminatoires.
This doesn’t even count the ones we won in OT after blowing the 3rd period lead. All 4 pens games we had 3rd period leads and all went into OT with us winning 2 of them.
Team needs a lot of help and idk what’s in store for us this off season.
Just very sad tonight.

Let’s not forget the NY game either

Brother why did you have to remind me about the Edmonton game.
Up by a goal with 2 minutes left and we go on the power play, and then we allow a shorthanded goal with a minute left in the game to tie it, and who else but Jack frickin Roslovic wins it in OT
It was after midnight EST and I literally had to get out of bed and sit on my couch for a minute I couldn’t sleep. Cannot remember the last time a regular season game made me that mad

Absolutely maddening

These ones all hurt. For me, it was the 3-0 FIRST PERIOD lead on Boston. When you jump out like that, you’ve got to step on their necks (figuratively!) and get that W. I’m curious to see the other side of this…How many deficits did we overcome and/or points did we steal back?

Doesn’t even include the blown leads where we won in OT, but gave points to teams we were in contention with. This was the difference between hosting a playoff series and golfing. To me this is the story of the season, not the collapse in the last 11 games. You’d think it’d be fixable, but two years and two coaches and the issue persists.
Those two Pittsburgh games loom large. I have matured and don’t really get upset about sports to the point of violence anymore, but the second Pittsburgh loss, the one that was the last straw for Evason, made me want to smash something. I had to go for a walk to calm down after that.
