  1. Fowler over Dobes right now?? Have you watched a game or followed the habs in the last 2 months?

Edit : Not a single source that follows the Habs would agree with you. Lapierre and his podcast are 100% behind Jacub has a starter, same for Marinaro, McGuire, both broadcast TVA + RDS, Hockey Junkie, etc.

I haven't listened to a single source that follows the habs that would even suggest that Dobes #1 spot is questionned at the moment. Fowler is playing good, we have confidence that if Dobes falters he might take over, but 0% chance Fowler starts game 1 in the playoff.

  2. ben kindel will be the best forward out of the 25 draft, he does absolutely everything to a high level on and off the puck and for an 18 year old basically became the penguins 2nd best center

  3. Thanks Max and Scott, really loving the Athletic podcast these days. As a Wings fan, super tough to hear all the teams with good prospects and good drafting. Hoping wings turn into buffalo in a year or so, but have hard to envisioning it. Also, nice hoody Scott, i got same the one. LGRWs!

  4. yeah thanks max for your dumb a** stumping to bring Justin Faulk to detroit at the trade deadline. nice work dangling a name the fans could grab onto so Yzerman couldnt get blamed for "doing nothing" at the trade deadline 4 years in a row. Who would thought that Yzerman this calculating and deliberate GM would bend the knee to a fan base and act at the trade deadline based on emotion instead of common sense?? thus ending the rebuild in a ridiculous package that mortgaged the future for a now 35 year old undersized, overpayed RD that does nothing to help an under 24 year old core ever amount to anything. well done max. maybe next time you are going to stump for the wings you could at least choose a player that makes ANY or SOME sense whatsoever?? Perhaps a player in their mid 20s perhaps if we are talking 1st round unprotected picks here?? maybe a defenseman that can actually add something to the blueline? you know somebody with the size and grit for playoff hockey? or a center perhaps that fits the timeline?? well done max. dumb choice of player to introduce to the mob. think next time mcfly. THINK.
