What’s the scenario where the Kraken take 3rd?
Edit: is it if the 12th spot wins the 1st lottery and moves up 10 spots then the Kraken win the 2nd lottery so they get bumped to 3rd?

Hate that a 1st overall pick allows you to be franchise defining and is subject to weighted luck.
