What a ride it has been, 44 years behind the Mic 🎙️, the one call , the one moment if I had to choose just one is Joe’s call of Nikolai Borschevsky’s Game 7 OT goal over Detroit, what a magical moment it was for 15 year old me. It will stick with me for a lifetime.

Just like Buck Martinez was the heart of the Jays over the years, so was Joe Bowen to the Leafs. Sucks we lost both of them in back to back years (to retirement, not death) but they’ve both had long successful careers and made tons of iconic memories for fans of all ages. They deserve to spend their later years with their loved ones
