This season didn’t go the way we thought it would, but it was an hell of a ride going through it with yall

Love the community we have here

On to the offseason and towards the 2027 Stanley Cup

    LGB!!

  2. If San Jose wins, do they pick after us? Or are we locked into 10?

  3. Single-Ad-405

what a fun season. i had fun anyway. see you guys ♥️

  4. Hopeful for next season. All the talent, just need chemistry out of the gate instead of when they are outside the playoffs looking in.

  5. With the hat trick, Robert Thomas is officially ending the season at a point per game pace

  6. sonde722

Well RobTom is Elite. His line mates are hopefully on their way to elite status. Can’t remember when we had a line that could score like this

  7. childishbambino19

    That Mailloux backhander was SILLY.

  8. AmateurVasectomist

Only a few guys get to say they finished the season on a four game winning streak! LGB forever, and Robert Thomas be our captain forever

  9. It’s been a wild ride, guys. Great season, great fun, and the future is bright. Looking forward to getting back to playoff form next season.

    Let’s go Blues!!!

  10. trotwood95

Proud of our boys. Fought hard in a game that meant absolutely nothing. Jus for pride and for each other. Against most of their starters to boot

  11. Robert Thomas finishes the season as a Point per Game player.

  12. Vanilla_Villainy

That last shot of Binner made me realize, we’ve probably seen the last of him in a Blues uniform. If so then thank you, legend.

  13. No-Net-4025

Thomas hatty is worth moving back in the draft

  14. NotTheRocketman

People can whine and complain all they want, but this team never gave up, and they’re loaded with young talent.

We have a ton of picks, and we’ll be in great shape at the draft as well. I’m very excited for the future of this club.

  15. Icy-Attorney6097

Oh hell of a run. I hope this carries over into next season. I’m looking forward to another year of Hofer and King Snuggy!

  16. Defenestrator__

I genuinely don’t know what got into Thomas for these last few weeks, but I hope he carries it forward. Incredible dominance from that top line to close out the season.

  17. suburban_robot

Man what a way to finish. Disappointing overall but you have to be excited for next season.

  18. AspiringOccultist4

It really was a blast watching the games and shooting the shit in these game day threads with you guys this season. Sad it’s over, but excited for this team in 26-27.

  19. Boys hit some milestones to close the season.

Thomas another hatty and finishes with another PPG season.

Holloway eclipses 50 points (in only 59 games). He’s a stud and possible PPG if he stops getting off to slow starts, much like other guys.

Fowler hit 30 points, Buchy reached 20 goals. Snuggy of course reached 20 goals and over 50 points too in just 70 games as a rookie.

At least some things for them to feel good about going into the offseason. Gonna be a long 5 months without Blues hockey. ☹️ Hopefully guys are fired up in training camp. We are going to need that.

  20. Trick421

Well, the season didn’t go the way we wanted it to when it started. But the way they finished gives me reckless optimism for next season. It’s been an honor shitposting with all y’all this season. See you in October.

  21. This season has been a roller coaster, but it’s a roller coaster I’d ride with you all any time. Love this team, love this game, and love all of you. Until next season folks!

  22. Carpet_Tree

What a bittersweet end with a Thomas hat trick and a Mailloux goal.

This is going to be a fun as hell offseason. We have so much raw talent, some fun picks to watch, and we’re a couple tweaks away from being serious contenders.

I love you mother fuckers, and I’ll see you in six months!

  23. Call_Me_Your_Daddy

Here’s an idea why don’t we just play like 5 games and then have a league-wide break for 3 weeks and then start the season from there

  24. TheFuckinEaglesMan

Lmao damn so if we had just beat LA a couple weeks ago (and Nashville doesn’t win tonight) we’d be in the playoffs. What a weird season

  25. bluesinthehood

Alright boys who are we hating to see the least in the cup final this year? I’ll start. Utah-Philly.

  26. reenactment

I’m excited for the offseason. For anyone complaining. Our 3 1sts can move us up to as far as 3rd. We have the options to do what we want.

I personally hope we package the 3 to get Auston Matthews

  27. Ghostavenger127

It sucks not having blues hockey but all things considered it was a fun season Expessially ending on the note we did. The future looks promising but we gotta be a playoff team next year.

  28. MapleAtNightxo

Ending the season on a high note, good.

Enjoy your offseason everyone! Fingers crossed for lottery luck (or taking Daxon Rudolph at 11 would be nice too)

  29. ehorgski

These guys aren’t serious. Putting us through a mediocre season like that and playing up to 10th. My god

  30. dixie12oz

Played ourselves out of a top 10 pick somehow lmao

  31. FDTerritory

Every time you think this franchise can’t mid any harder, they figure out a way to out-mid themselves.

  32. wontubemyneighbours

Well another year in the books. Maddening that this team only started playing like they gave a damn after our playoff hopes were all but flushed down the toilet, thus playing us out of a top pick, but the development of some of the young guys and the reemergence of Thomas down the stretch is promising. Great rookie year from Snuggy, solid development from Mailloux, and promising starts from Dvo, Stenberg, and Lindstien. Hofer has proven himself as a legit starter. The top line looks like it could be absolutely lethal next year.

Let’s hope the boys can keep up the momentum next year and break the blues slow start curse. Looking forward to seeing what we do in the draft/trade market. We really do need that superstar potential player to take us to the next level. Let’s go blues, and see you all next year.

  33. SeriousDepartment286

I knew we were gonna screw ourselves into 10th overall

  34. omgimabagel

I’m pretty sad about picking outside the top 10 ngl. Great game but I am disappointed still. Praying for some luck or something I suppose. It’s in Steen and Army’s hands now.

  35. Bozak_Horseman

As frustrating as it is to slide into the 11th pick, every position on our roster looks better going into the offseason than it did last year.

LW: Holloway proved last year wasn’t a fluke. He is a freakishly talented guy who could easily be PPG if he stays healthy. Neighbors remains a great middle-six physical heart and soul guy who can do more than just put up goals. Stenberg also reminds me a lot of Schwartz, just a bit more of a defensive guy there. You need guys like that.

C: Robert Thomas is elite and assuredly a 1C. Dvorsky has room to grow but can handle the NHL grind. (get a skating coach). Suter is a wonderfully useful player I’d love to see extended if possible.

RW: Snuggerud looks like a superstar in the making. And while Kyrou was really, really bad this year, if he returns to the norm that’s a dynamite 1/2 punch. (or we trade him.) I honestly liked Berggren’s possession game and versatility. I would like to see him again.

RHD: losing faulk didn’t matter much because Mailloux looks legit, finally adding offense to massively improved play after the olympics. Parayko also got another partner to shore up his weaknesses and he clearly wants to be here.

LHD: Broberg is a star in the making and Lindstein was a revelation. Theo had one of the most impressive rookie callups I’ve ever seen.

G: Everyone sucked until the New Year but Hofer looks like THE #1 guy moving forward.

Then you have Jiricek and Carbonneau, both of whom rocked their respective leagues this year, and three more firsts to add to the pile.

We need a 4th line to gel and to either acquire a 2C or have Dvorsky take a huge step and we’re right there. Hell, if post-Olympics is who we are, we’re already knocking on the door.

  36. bob999999117

Good season everyone hell of a way to end it

Here’s my off-season primer to my discord freinds if you wanna read it

    Here’s your off-season primer:

Lotta young guys coming up we still have too many forwards and not enough defense men.

Got projects in druian (clapped out French Canadian forward) and Justin Holl (the most disappointing d man in forever might as well be a traffic cone on the leafs and the wings)

Mailbox is glowing up (scored a goal in our last game)

Parayko is still plowing an Imo’s princess

We have two first round draft picks ours and Detroit (who were silly enough to not protect their draft pick for the Faulk trade) in the lottery

Binner is in his final year of his contract he will probably be traded mid season imo to a contender if things aren’t going well

    Nathan Walker is still Australian

Doug Armstrong is retiring from the GM position and going to the big President of Hockey Operations Office in the sky leaving Alexander Steen to figure things out

Sunshine played his final game of his contract on Tuesday. He is a ufa, he may not resign. He’s 32 I don’t think he’s done with hockey, but he says he will lay roots in St Louis
