Flyers cant even win 4 in a row. Hard work, grit will only get you so far. You need elite talent, Flyers don't have any elite players.
An elite player is a player who has won the hardware (mvp, scoring title, and all the rest of the awards. Flyers have none, not even Giroux was considered an elite player.
Flyers are just overachievers. They may win 2 rounds or none but no elite talent always catches up to you.

He finally got them straighten out,besides getting the short end because of bad Zebra calls or immature penalty and the not being able to finish plays ,hit the ,net or hesitation, not on same page,! Glad Erasson ,turned it around, he had me excited hus first like dozen games then nothing until the last bunch of games he played! I called Martone 1.5 yr ago as being the best thing to happen to the Flyers besides, Zegras ,Dvorak. He's playing like he's been in the league for year's, I think he has most qualities lindros had ,super depth ,class,intuition u can't teach!!! Vladar!!! Tippet, Zegras,kochney,dvorak!!
