the reason this team keeps wiping out coaches/rosters & failing is because they're trying to build on a weak foundation. Larkin is not a leader or captain material at all. Trade that clown and start a proper rebuild
Tanguay has been part of Blashill , Lalonde and now McCellan coaching staff. Coincidence that he is part of the 10 year no playoff run. Time to get rid of him and poor coaching style

Everyone leads in their own way? There is 1 captain on a ship and everyone else follows. 1 captain on a plane and you follow their lead. Razor saying we all lead in our own way says you are all trying to push in their own different directions. We could see that. Too many leaders and not enough followers. Mo needs to be captain and Larkin need to relieve his ailing heart and be a support but not captain.
