This is a CCM Vintage replica jersey. You can tell it’s a replica due to the gray tag, no fight strap, and no NHL logo next to the CCM logo on the lower rear hem. The only thing that stands out as odd is I’m not sure CCM ever issued Vintage replica jerseys in numbered sizing. I would ask r/hockeyjerseys about this.
