It is lying to tell the truth. Yes, Crosby had never been called for embellishment in his career so that part is true. However, the penalty used to be called Diving. He has been called for that in his career. So it is only true on a technicality.

I don't really see the Embellishment…and I'm not a Pens fan. The dude got hit, and could've had an eye taken out. I probably would've fell to the ice too if an unexpected stick hit my eye. You tend to brace yourself while assessing the severity of an injury when you're currently dealing with it/feeling it. Eitherway, it wouldn't have changed the result of the game.
