Officials have been poor in this series but Boston are giving games to the Sabres.
Yes it is good that this very poor Bruins team made the playoffs but what does that tell you about the rest of the NHL. We have to be realistic and can't expect them to go any further. A major overhaul is needed and it starts with Sweeney being fired. He should have gone several years back but sadly the Bruins are an old boys network and until that changes we will not progress. New blood is needed at all levels.

Boston has some great hockey fans but the people who attend the games? I don’t think that’s a great building, it sounded like a regular season game in Buffalo. The fans in Boston just sat on their hands until something good happened for them. Maybe the fans in Buffalo will start to relax as the series settles in but the energy in Buffalo is double what we saw in Boston last night. The Sabres are just hungry and they’re the better team, even without Carrick and Norris. Buffalo could easily win games 4 and game 5 in Buffalo? No chance for Boston if the Sabres are in a position to clinch.
Damn Pastrnak was trying so hard to fly the zone on that second Buffalo goal, he completely left Tuch alone.
