It really feels like if this team plays their game and doesn’t let go of the rope that no one can beat them in 7.
I hope Makar starts to fire the puck from the point more and on the PP now that he has found his juice again. EJ said it best about the PP and if Makar starts firing instead of being a puck mover they may get more chances. In general I loved seeing this Avs team not get frustrated when they had to adjust their game. They havent been able to do that since 2022 and it was nice to see early in the playoffs.
Yes, we have already missed the deadline for those coins, but fortunately, we still have some possibilities, such TokenKickstarter TKS Token.
What makes you think there is no way? Do you know about TokenKickstarter TKS Token? The price of this will soar to skyrocket 🚀🚀

They’re all bought in. They seemed opportunistic because they were there battling at every second to stay in the game and come out on top. That just means they’re all digging.
Hopefully Nečas will also join with more fire power 🎉he is also great when he is on hot streak
2nd round should be avs v either VGK/UTAH and mild/Dallas v oilers/ducks or vise versa knights series ducks series. But this is Gary's NHL
Blackwood's position has nothing to do with his body of work of late. He is a solid goalie. Any playoff team would be lucky to have him. It's just that Colorado's backup has turned out to be the best in the league, and so far he has proven himself in the playoffs. There is just so little room for error in the playoffs, so you can't mess with what is working. I also wanted to say that this LA team played nearly perfect hockey for the first 3 games and 2 periods. After 2 games, the series could easily have been 2 nothing LA. LA had nothing to lose, given their recent past playoffs. They held the Avs high powered offense to 2 goals for much of this series. Against any other team, LA breaks their opponents. Being held down like this urges teams to take chances, especially teams that rely on offense (the Avs still didn't break). Many other teams would've opened up and given LA what they wanted – chances on the rush. LA's team defense really penetrated the Avs. I think LA does better playing this way against any other team. Plus, it does not get any easier to beat a team that is on a major playoff losing streak. At some point, the damn will break. I thought this was the series that LA really shut things down. Unfortunately for them, they had to play Colorado – a team that seemed to comfortably rely on blanket team defense, rather than offense. I mean, the defense in this series was unlike anything we've come to expect from such an offensively minded team. But Colorado has proven this year is different. They are defense first. We know the offense will come – but their defense really makes them tough to beat (goaltending included, as Wedgewood is a major reason for their success). Colorado has a lot of new faces this year, and it seems to be working well. Even Blankenburg had a solid effort and showed he is capable of moving the puck fast enough for playoff hockey. Burns, Kulak, Blankenburg, Kadri, Roy, Malinski, and a seasoned Landeskog. This is a completely different team than the one that lost to Dallas the past years. Hopefully my theory stands strong – that it doesn't get any easier to beat the same team over and over in playoffs, and that at some point the damn has to break – in the case that Colorado has to play Dallas. Either way, win or lose, this Colorado team is strong.
On Necas, he played well. Could have had more points. The good thing is that for round 2, he absolutely knows the pressure is off him. In Carolina he was the main guy – expectations were always high come playoffs. Through this series, he has realized that the Avs are almost indifferent to his abilities. Meaning that, at least right now, the Avs are so good that the pressure doesn't have to be on him. This does wonders for players. He will play better without the pressure.
Nuke – he did not play well offensively. But defensively – his line played a lot on d zone draws and against LA's top offensive players. Nuke was actually better overall than it looks. But he'll get going – also for the reason I stated above. I really don't think many other teams can play the type of defense that LA played this series. LA knew they could not score much, so they figured they'd collapse defensively and focus 90% of their effort on backchecking and sturdy defensive structure.
Burns – well, it has become obvious to me that Burns was saving some energy for playoffs. What a massive, massive pickup.
Glad Colorado gets the rest they need. Manson might be out for a while imo, but he should be back at some point. Kadri can rest his broken finger – very unfortunate, but he'll be fine. Every player in the playoffs is playing with something broken. But this rest will serve Kadri and Manson well. With that kind of skill and touch, Kadri is a game breaker. Shifty, deceptive, and patient with passes and making plays. He has a bite to him as well, but that will come with time (healing of his injury).
It's funny, I really though Kulak had an amazing series. I am not nearly the best of analysists, or an analyst at all. But I thought Kulak played very well. I mean, Colorado swept LA. Even though the series was actually very tight, there really is not much negative I can say about them. That could change, but I'm hopeful it doesn't. Dallas or Minnesota will not be easy, but I don't think we should underrate this LA team either, with the way they committed to suffocating team defense. Dallas always seems to lose their first game of the series. Maybe they win game 1, but lose the series this time. Or, maybe Minnesota beats them. Makar and Hughes. Unreal. Either way, get ready for what I hope is a long and grueling rest of playoffs…
The PK was great. The one 5 on 4 goal they allowed was set up by an obvious interference and they scored one shorthanded.
