They don’t need to look that far back. McAvoy had a notable dirt bag moment in almost every game of the series

And a fan base that cheered all of Brad Marchands BS they can all fuck off.

Unfortunately, if you’re watching the national coverage, they really gloss over the cheap plays.

Im stuck watching TNT and it’s terrible. They didn even address, let alone show McAvoy’s headshot on Doan. After the goal, they didnt talk about why it was taking so long to drop the puck and what Dahlin was doing with the refs.

When McAvoy pile drives Dahlin at the end, they dont cut back to the scrum after the goal by the Sabres blueline. It’s just ignored.

It’s like they have a story line regaedless of what’s happening on the ice. If Boston is mostly watching national coverage, I can see why they might be bothered. Also, chowderheads.

Ill never forget the fan base and lucic for that.

It felt like an exorcism to watch them lose, i screamed fuck boston in so many ways.. i hope miller was watching.

They’re also ignoring McAvoys hit on Doan during the Benson goal. Literally just complaining cause they lost and they need to blame everyone but themselves

  6. You don’t have to go back that far. Watch McAvoy all series. He had at least 2-3 questionable to outright dirty ass plays every game.

Boston lives on a one way street, they could commit murder on video and still deny it and cry every excuse. The entitlement is delusional. We’re about to face another team like the same coming up with TB.

Didn’t lucic get in trouble with the bruins for domestic violence against his wife?

I don’t even need them to take a history lesson. They can just fuck off.

Boston and their fans knew the only chance they had to win this series was by scumming it up. Sturm tried to preemptively work the refs with his « we’re more physical » comments and immediately went into victim mode when it became apparent the Sabres wouldn’t be pushed around.

The NHL officiating is a joke and it forces teams to take matters into their own hands. It reminds me of the ren and stimpy wrestling bits with the ref looking the other way every time a weapon is used. I’m not sure how Bettman still has a job. I love this sport but this league really annoys me. There were so many gross moments that led to this, none of which would have flown in a better run league.

Forget Bruins fans. Why let them take up 1 second of your time? It’s over. We won.

Rewatching that moment years later, I had forgotten how absolutely soft and pathetic our immediate response was. If it were me and I saw that piece of shit run my goalie like that, I’m dropping gloves on the spot. I don’t care if he’s bigger than me and ends up kicking my ass, I’m getting my shots in and standing up for my guy.

You do you, but I could care less what Boston fans think about anything.

Ive seen this photo autographed by Milan Lucic for sale in Boston

Doan was absolutely elbowed in the head right into the boards. That was a dirty as fuck play that got overshadowed by the goal that happened immediately after. That play should be reviewed and he should have been suspended if the series went to game 7. There was no excuse for it.

Ryan Miller is my favorite hockey player of all time. If I ever saw Lucic, to this day it would still be hands on-site
