No, but the Ducks are a good exciting offensive team. Dostal is good.
The Golden Knights are beatable. They have Carter Hart who is at least Dostal good. They have a good defence Theodore, Hanifin, Andersson, McNabb/ Pretty good top four.
Ducks are deeper at forward . Ryan Poehling has 4 goals.

If Ducks caught heavily favoured Oilers off-guard, then feasibly they could catch the Knights off-guard as well. While Ducks are 'still developing' etc. they could have been quietly assembling a team for a legit run this season because they have some expensive re-signings coming up. This is similar to how they won with Perry and Getzlaf still being on the cheap.
But does this match that top-end veteran quality of Ducks team that also featured Pronger, Selanne and Niedermayer? Nope, but if the Ducks do manage to go far, I think hindsight will show that they were destined to do so, based on the quality of their key young players coming up, some of which scream franchise-level, winning-type to me. The LaCombe show in particular, very impressive. Leo Carlsson, very much legit. Plus they have a 40-goal scorer playing on their third line. Pretty stacked, even compared to Vegas. Vegas has their work cut out for them, and if guys like Stone start to show their age again, and if/when Marner performs his vanishing act, it's trouble.
Bottom line, Ducks are on a golden path again.

Granlund was great for the Stars in last year's playoffs. I wish the Stars still had him on the team. I'm happy though that he has fit so well for Anaheim. Go Ducks, beat Vegas!!
What? the record for most points in a series is not 10… MacKinnon JUST had 11 last year in the 1st round against Dallas. He had 7 goals in 7 games against them, 11 pts total. He was literally still leadin the league in goals like late in the 2nd round and he didn’t even play in it. That’s how dominant he was against Dallas last year; Blackwood lost them that series… MacKinnon had 11 in that series, and I’m sure Gretzky or somebody else has had even more than that before. The record is higher than just 10.
