It’s fine to take up with a new team when one appears where you’re from or where you live. Didn’t most of us do that?
jak_jak88
They must live with the consequences of deciding to trade their knights jerseys for mammoth jerseys.
SmashYourEnemies02
No backsies 🤣

Don’t be one of those fans. Don’t be like the rest of the league was/is towards Vegas fans. It’s honestly sad to act like this as an adult. They have a team and they are having success. That’s a good thing.
shawnoftehdead
Gotta love a good rivalry.

This was such a cheap shot to begin with
ngroat
I mean it was a cool promotion for a new team trying to convert local fans.
you dont gotta take it personal. most ppl probably just bought a 2nd hand knights jersey and got a free one from their team
JLR-
I was a Calgary fan before we got a local team. I’d have traded a Flames jersey for a Vegas one
markymrk720
Dude, you’re acting like a teenager…grow up. This attitude is why other teams dislike Vegas fans.
phatsurtain
it went to charity lmao
sirfiddlesticks
Honestly loved this for them. Great way to win over local fans and get more jerseys seen around town.
GingerBeard_andWeird
I mean…why would they want to trade them back? You don’t support a team just because they won lol
Bornless_planet
I live in Utah.. Knights were my team since the inaugural season, and I can’t just switch. I got signed pucks, and pennants, and beer mugs lol.. Go Knights. No hate for mammoth, it’s just ‘Go Knights’ the second the game is on
shadownet97
You realize people can be fans of more than one team, right?
IndividualStation473
They were hockey fans in UTAH that by default had to cheer for the most hated team in the league because it’s only a 5 hour drive. Years of suffering I’m sure, those poor fans. Obviously once Utah got their own team they aren’t going to continue to cheer for Vegas lol. Nobody that traded their jersey wants the Vegas one back..😂
breathandtaxes
No they don’t. They have a great franchise to root for. It’s not that deep.

As much as I made the joke last night after the W, I hope none of them regret it. Sincerely, I am happy for them and their fans. It was a win all around for everyone and a cool thing to do. Much love.
winnk281
Guarantee you the majority of these people were already Utah fans and found old Vegas jerseys for cheap just so they could trade them in
Kindly-Client-4402
Can I trade one of my Leafs Marner jerseys’ for a 93? 🥺🙏
JB_smooove
Fuck’em.
Metarazzi
This was a marketing ploy from the get go. How many people bought a VGK jersey just to trade it in? Like… every Utah fan that traded one. Because, if you weren’t a VGK fan, when did you get a VGK jersey? And if you are a VGK fan, why would you trade it in. Fanatics made some revenue off of this brilliant scam. 🤣
City_Stomper
This was actually a really charitable thing Utah did and deserves respect in my opinion. No one was forced to give up their jersey, and those that did are donating it to a Vegas fan!!

I loved our trade their jersey for toilet paper meme. Great work from the VGK media department.
60% positive them doing all that was propaganda
The Mammoth is their team now. It’s fine.
Well well well….

Trade for this 🥅
Traitors. Don’t want yall back now.
Nope. They’re Utah fans now.
