Someone already listed the artist, but just for context:
This was one of the designs for limited edition shirts released during the « Homegrown Series ». That series featured all local products (to the Carolinas) where unique shirts, unique poster art, and a local food were featured, and a local band would play at the game. It was an incredible experience, and I hope they bring it back one day.
I am lucky enough to own the shirt in the image, which was long-sleeved only.
And I looked and beheld a pale hog: and his name that sat upon him was Stankoven, and a sweep followed with him
They had some crazy cool art designs around that time
That has been my phone lock screen since 2020.
