  1. You are saying it will be easier for habs, geez I hope finally, hopefully Caufield will get it togueter now LOL

  2. Love Buffalo sings the Canadian anthem, many Canadians go to the games there; very cool and the fans love our neighbors to the south!

  3. Stats don't mean anything in the playoffs. Montreal is no Boston. Buffalo is going to get outplayed.

Buffalo is 90 min away from Toronto. That's why so many of your viewers are rooting for them.

  4. As a Habs fan I think this is gonna be really entertaining and I while I hope we win, I know that I will be really happy for the sabres if they do win and I will definitely root for them afterwards.

  5. I am so excited. I wanted this matchup in round 1. The fact we get it in round 2 is pure delayed gratification. Looking forward to a classic Red (Habs) vs Blue (Sabres) matchup!

  6. I am rooting for the Habs, but I don't hate Buffalo. Whoever wins this series I will be rooting to win the cup . Absolutely cannot stand Philadelphia and Carolina.

  7. This, without any doubt will be a heck of a playoff series.

Something happened in that 7th game Montreal played TB that tipped me off and showed me that Lady Luck and the Hockey Gods have made their decision who will be in the Stanley Cup finals this year.

Bare with me with this explanation:

(Mathematics explains everything in this universe. Scientists break down observations down into formulas
, which consist of #'s) There is one branch of math called Statistics which deal with probabilities of something happening.

On the Board of Directors of the Hockey Gods sit the entities of the most elite players whoever played the game of hockey in the entire world whoever once lived among us in the flesh.

Further, at one time, that Board of Directors was dominated by former elite Montreal Canadien hockey players who left this world, became entities, and were then elected to be the Hockey Gods eligible to be considered for the Hockey God's Board of Directors.

That explains how the Montreal Canadiens, no matter what the adversity or how far behind they were in a game somehow had the bounces go their way to win those important games.

The team has 24 Stanley Cups (2+4=6); (3+3=6)[Roy's#]

In time, over the years, as the world lost these truly elite players to the "geat beyond" their entities formed a larger pool of truly elite players to choose new Directors.

Those 9 shots….only 9 shots….throughout the entire game against the team with a candidate for the Jack Adams award (Cooper), the likely Vezina trophy award winner in Vasoleski and a finalist for the MVP (Kush) tells me that the Hockey Gods voted in favor of helping Montreal to go all the way to the SCF.

I'm pretty sure a former Montreal Canadien legend got voted to the Hockey Gods' Board of Directors this season.

Teams simply don't beat another team in the 7th game on the road given the pettigree of the TB team.

There was something 'extra at work" to have Montreal win the game with the very type of goals the Hockey Goals would have a hand in causing to light the red light.

The last great goaltender Montreal had who won them Stanley Cups was Patrick Roy who wore #33. That was 31 years ago. The final score of that game was 11-1 with Roy letting 9 by before he was pulled.

Montreal won the cup in 1946, 56, 66, 76, and 86 before Patrick Roy won another one with the team winning 10 straight OT games in 1993.

Nicolas Tesla put great stock on numbers in his work and research. He claimed the numbers 369 were keys 🔑 to unlock and use the power of our universe.

Einstein was once asked….how does it feel to be the smartest man on the planet?

Einstein responded….you better ask Nicholas Tesla that question.

Based on only those 9 shots and the universe uses math to talk to us I believe that Montreal will win the Stanley Cup in 2026.

    Remember, 1946, 56, 66, 76 & 86

We will start with 2026, 2036 and so on in this century.

I believe the club will win cups between the '6's but I am quite sure the team will win 5 cups in this century with the year ending in a 6.

  8. Buffalo is a tortured sports town. I'm rooting for them. I know a lot of people from Buffalo and am happy for them. 😂

  9. Montreal is a fast team too. The only team with more 18mph+ speed bursts than Montreal in the first round was Buffalo. If Buffalo wants to make it a track meet than we’ll have a track meet

  10. Agreed, this should be a superb series. While I was a tad disappointed that we won't get to see a resumption of the Buffalo-Tampa hostilities, Tampa has had their glory, and I would LOVE to see either Montreal or Buffalo go all the way! Two talented, exciting teams with solid goalies. I don't want to see either team lose. Buffalo and Lindy deserve a Cup, but I also think it's terrible that 33 years have gone by with no Canadian city hoisting the Cup.

  11. Happy to see two young teams break the cycle of always having the same teams every year.
The changing of the guard is a refreshing sight this year with teams like Philly, Montreal, Buffalo and Anaheim making their way to the second round.
Out with the old, in with the new!

  12. How is this scenario? Buffalo beat Boston, Will play & beat Montreal, Then play & beat Carolina (the former Hartford Whalers. For the Stanley Cup Finals, Buffalo will play & beat the Colorado Avalanch ( formerly the Quebec Nordiques). Buffalo, Boston, Montreal, Hartford & Quebec. All 5 teams were the Adams Division at one time.

  13. I agree that this is the best series we're going to see in these playoffs. It's probably the best series I've ever seen. I do think that people don't really know how gritty and feisty these Sabres are tho. While Montreal has more hits to their name, I think the Sabres are waaay more gritty. Doan ans Krebs for example are just puck hounds who are absolutely relentless with their pursuit. Doan especially has been my favourite player to watch in these playoffs and you'll see why in this series.

  14. 1993 yes Montreal swept Buffalo 4 straight. Though Buffalo was the better team every game. Mogilny breaking his leg didn't help.

  15. Just great to see these old franchises getting competitive at the same time, following different roads.

  16. I remember we scored a goal without any shot taken at the net 😂😂😂

So 1 out of 9 is nothing to worry about Habs 😂😂

  17. The ‘93 series was memorable because while it was a Canadiens sweep, each game was 4-3 and the last three all went to OT. I remember listening to Game 4 (I think) and hearing Yuri Khymelev tying it in the dying seconds. I was hoping for this matchup. I think it’ll be hockey at its finest!

  18. Montreal ain't Boston, if Buffalo thinks they'll stroll through this one they'll get hurt.

  19. as a Sabres fan I wanted to see Tampa because we owned them in the regular season. I think the Habs have the edge here
