    The only element of the Sens organization that might and probably should be under the microscope is the training staff. I don't know what the numbers are but it sure seems that the amount of injuries and even the way COVID ripped through the team, that it should be something that gets looked at. It'd be interesting to hear from the newer Sens ,Hamonic, Giroux, etc. on how their former teams had them trained and prepared.

    Ugh guys. I’m 8 minutes in and have to comment. Still hate the Hamonic trade. Not that a third rounder is too much, but they clearly wanted him gone and was overpay for the situation…as well as simply getting back a guy who is more of what we already have. Better than Zaitsev? Sure, but we can’t measure that way. Better Gudbranson, Del Zotto, etc…not really. We needed a top 4 and they went out and got another bottom pair/7th D (depending on how you assess him) and will play him in the top 4.

    Also, Chabot’s ice time…ugh. Makes me so mad that DJ was allowed to keep overplaying him in meaningless games. Do I now think that DJ will be reasonable with his ice time now that his job is on the line? No. No I do not.

    Put bad Hamonic and Chabot’s ice time together and I feel like in a time warn back to last year.

    Ok. Resetting. Goosfraba. Good vibes. Good vibes.

    I must be crazy. Cuz I actually thought Hamonic was pretty good for us last year. Is he ideally on the second pairing? Obviously not. But he’s still a serviceable defenseman in this league.

    Remember when we used to say we need to clone Batherson? Now we need to clone Zub. One for Chabby and one for Sandy. Lol Maybe Brännström finally breaks out and plays with Chabot. Ok, I really MUST be crazy. 😜

    Sorry I’m commenting so many times. Lol I’m starting to get sick of talking about and thinking about Chychrun. It’s the last piece we need to add to this team. Then it’s just a matter of developing what we already have. But damn I’m getting sick of all this talk. It almost seems inevitable at this point. I wish I could just turn off that part of my brain until a trade actually happens. 😭

    Chychrun requesting a trade is good news for the sens and other prospective buyers. It means the asking price is coming down because Arizona is losing leverage
