  1. I think, I think, I think. Maybe just a thought or opinion. Avs lose their cool and the Wild move on.

  2. It’s interesting to me to hear ppl discredit the regular season in some ways but then not when it comes to the kings. The kings were far better than their regular season record. I can’t remember what Johnny was referring to with discrediting the regular season but it is selective to then to use the Avs strength of competition against them

  3. Wish you guys would actually speak you mind to Lazarus while he was on the call instead of after he leaves 😂 he spent his whole time talking up minnesota and you just nodded and agreed

  4. Not to be too reductive but I think what a lot of hockey fans are having to face is that this is essentially USA v Canada again…and I think a lot of fans are experiencing that cognitive dissonance. Maybe I’m way off but the Wild have a synergy that is a vibe. Where as the Canadian fragility (Nate, Makar/Toews pairing) is not a vibe at all. The boys in green are a good hang and seem to be doing it for each other. Nate and Cale give off a pissing match energy. Either way good show and I hope the Wild give the world what it deserves by perpetuating the President’s Cup curse.

  5. This is mind numbing commentary. The Avs defense is inferior to the Wild. Toews and Makar are liabilities in the back end defensively. Faber is the perfect ying to Hughes yang. And he can shoot. If Brodin is out it’s a big plus for the Avs but if he’s ok, he can neutralize Mc Kinnon. Necas could be a bigger factor than 29. Size favors the Wild and they will punish the small size of the defense. Goaltending + Wild. Avs goalies are suspect against dynamic scorers line 97 and 12. Wild in 6.

  6. A lot of confident Wild fans here. That’s not a bad thing, it’s part of the fun. However, speaking on behalf of Avs fans that have been through the wringer the past 5-8 years, there is a sense of arrogance here. Writing off our defense (which has been #1 in the league all year) and the vibe/attitude of our top guys is a to me a sign of a fan base that has little to no experience in the playoffs. It will be a great series, let’s all agree on that.

  7. 😂😂😂 the best thing about speculation is it has no bounds. I see a lot of ummm and aaahs between points . You guys don’t sound convinced about your squad.

  8. JESPER 🧱STEDT will be the difference! He was better than Oettinger by a longshot! Wild were split 2-2 for the season. When you don't have center depth you POUND YOUR WAY TO THE PUCK!

  9. you know, I think I've seen 1 person pick the Avs against the wild in all the national/Canadian podcasts. makes me wonder if the Avs are the "underdog" from a pressure stand point. "No one thinks we are as good as Minny, okay, let's go show them".
    we'll find out soon.
