    technically, Jesper Wallstedt is pronounced Yesper Vallstedt. Everybody gets it wrong though, and his nicknames of Wally and the Wall of St Paul arent doing him any favors

    This was wild hockey. They play like that every game for 60mins they can lift the cup. Also this performance showed that ek and brodin can both be traded this summer

    The Wild started the first two games thinking they could play the Avs like they did Dallas. Took them two games to figure it out and adjust. They quit falling for the double drop thing on entries on the PP. Avs saw Dallas do it, it worked so they tried it. The Wild (finally) adjusted and shut that crap down. The only reason they even scored on the one was Hunt's bonehead play plowing the Avs player into Wallstedt. Had that not happen, it'd been a 5-0 game. Special teams are the key. 5v5, Wild are the better team. They play the PP/PK like they did tonight, they'll likely win this series.

    Another fun match! Vegas will get swept or beaten in 5 by whoever wins this series, no question. Or, best case scenario, the Ducks make a comeback and make it to the conference finals instead! Only to be likely manhandled but still, would be the much more fun option

    Why do teams pull the goalie when down by 3 now? What a stupid trend. You're not getting 3 goals to tie it. I don't think anyone in NHL history ever has. Even down by 2 is near-impossible, but 3? Never.

    Jesper 🧱Stedt! The Bash Brothers hitting was a sight! Obviously the practice had a high degree of effectiveness. Hopefully we get EK back game 4.

    I do think Carolina and the 8-0 is impressive.
    I also think the Wild are a stronger opponent than the Flyers.
    I do still think the Avs are a wagon.
    When the dust settles, the Conference and Cup finals this year are gonna be nuts.

    As a Wild fan my only hope for the series is for it to go to 7 cause watching these 2 teams play is probably the best hockey around. Even if its Avs in 7 ill be happy we got good hockey in the playoffs.
