  1. Watch where UPL started all game 5 around net. He was at TOP of the Crease. Even when players were behind him. Rarely was in net pole to pole!

UPL covers the net. Comes out he can’t get back and often falls. You saw him lunge many times. Made a stop that way but had he missed, it was an easy Goal!

  2. Great show!

Also, Every player looks for BLOOD after hit. You can bet a few might put hand over mouth and bite a lip!

  3. Boston isn’t Montreal, Montreal played Tampa all one goal games 4 went to overtime. Montreal contained Kucherov who is one of the top goal scorers in the league.

  4. This Podcast today brought a LOT MORE than Sports.

This was awesome interview. Could feel Sean’s sincereness and your questions got that out!

  5. Sean, I lived in NE for 10 years. Became a Red Sox fan. Was there for 2004 and 2007 WS wins.

On the accents, moved from Buffalo to there and when I got there I asked why everyone had an Accent there?

Few people said you’re the one who has the accent!!!

Thought about this a second and then said, why then when watching your TV do the people on News and sports sound more like ME?

I could see steam coming out their ears.

    GO SABRES!!!

  6. "Carrick got sucker punched in the face" lmao right. He threw 3 elbows in the face before getting put in his place.

Xhekaj was fined because of the results, but 99% of players wouldn't have been since it wasn't a sucker punch 😂😂

  7. Great effort by the Sabres. I just think the Habs are much better. Hopefully we can improve for next season and go farther. We didn't expect to be here at all. Let's be happy with the massive improvement from the start of the season.

  8. Funny, I heard the Boston accent right away. I grew up in New Brunswick, but I played sports in the Maine small college league and I can usually pick up on the New England accent.

  9. Doan should be embarrass for is embellishment, especially after the comment from the Sabre coach, typical American behaviour, Trump always accuse the other side of the things is doing.

  10. lol. The scrums is part of hockey . And guys are protecting their teammates for one reason or another. I had a hockey hat once that said
“cut heal”. And has sutures and blood all over it. Lol.
    That’s hockey

  11. “Carrick got sucker punched” LOL Where were you looking at during that altercation? Carrick kept throwing punches at Arber Xhekaj’s face until Arber got enough of it and knocked him out! It wasn’t a sucker punch at all, Carrick only got what he deserved, and to be honest he should’ve been penalized too, but we all know how the referee works in the NHL, they only penalize the results, which is ridiculous imo

  12. Nice try at damage control. Wasn’t just that comment. It was the entire broadcast! Bunch of biased snarky commentary the entire time.
    Good try though!

  13. Sean McDonough is a legend. He'll always remind me of calling Red Sox and NCAA hockey games in the 1980s and 1990s. He also called the 2003 Frozen Four in Buffalo when future Sabre Thomas Vanek carried Minnesota to the title over New Hampshire.

  14. Ole ole ole. C’est incroyable. We kicked you buffalo bills hockey teams ass. A team with greatest history in hockey versus the bills of hockey.
