  1. It's too difficult at this point to say it's even possible, but if the stars align, one of the Ruck brothers could drop to the 2nd round – and the Bruins could upgrade their 2nd rounder in an attempt to get both of them. Chemistry is built-in genetically, and this has worked out in the past (Sedin brothers, etc).

As much as that would be nice, I agree with the idea of just selecting the BPA. I just hope the Bruins don't sell their additional 2028 1sts for pennies on the dollar (or should we say nickels on the dollar now, since pennies are out of circulation?). It's still early, but Maddox Schultz is looking like a winner and the Bruins should have a real chance at him. As much as we have to assume FLA and TOR will turn things around, the rest of the Atlantic is aiming for the opposite and that bodes well for the Bruins.

  2. Best available please with emphasis on speed and skill. Undersized is ok if talent is there. No more bottom 6 first rd picks…Beecher, Freddy, etc. Swing big!

  3. All solid kids just my opinion I know theres billion siblings in hockey . But just me id avoid brothers .together or on different teams especially after the hughes brothers all the talk is will they play together when will they huge distraction an can alienate a locker room quick .again just my opinion dont mean anything just to me .thanks court for great vid you family have awesome week

  4. It’s easy to convince yourself that reaching for “ready now” future bottom sixers when you have your core of Bergeron, Marchand, Pastrnak, McAvoy, Swayman is the right decision. Especially when you’re picking in the late 20s often.

It’s a lot harder to do so when you’re lacking top six talent and a top pairing D-Man.

The bruins are going to continue to swing for talent until these picks start hitting, and in my opinion theirs no higher ceiling in this draft outside the top 5 than the Ruck twins.

I think we end up walking away with a defenseman though, potentially trading back up for a name like Ryan Lin.
