I think Panarin hindered his development. I agree that Laf will get going
Laffy is finally going to show why he was the overall #1 pick. He needed to get the hell away from Panarin. As great as Panarin was he was hindering Laffy’s development and growth. Now that Panarin is not there you saw what exactly he is. He was a point per game player. The line with Laffy, Mika and Perrault will be a tough line to play against
Alexi is a mediocre player, will be always a mediocre player, who people think has "potential" because of his draft status.Alex doesn't excel at any one area of offense or defense. Meidocrity will be his mantra all his career. Doesn't put in the effort in offseason to improve. NO thanks, i am not buying it.

The Power Play is going to unlock him. He was brilliant in the 2nd half on the PP. He can put up 15 -20 PP goals as a net front presence. Ala Chris Kreider.
