    Just so you know… The team that trades the best player never wins… Even if it's 3 or 4 season down the road and the team looking good.

    I don't see McTavish, Pettersson,Thomas,Barzal, Zabinejad,Miller,Trocheck,ORielly comming here.
    Even ShaneWright a article came out 2 days ago they want to package him with a pick for top6 help like Kyrou, Boeser types to play with Beniers.

    I think taking a risk on McMann as middle6 winger/2C is worth taking.

    The rest is going to come down to how this season goes and when it will happen. Hellebuyck demands out either by deadline or July 1st where his NMC turns into 10 team I think.

    I do support the Shane Doan hiring as assistant GM that was reported by Ken Weibe if happens. Because it shows Chevy is on short leash and if next year goes bad they will hand reigns over to Shane. They also reported Toews is likely retiring I'd like him one day return to jets in management as well as Heisinger/Chevy age.
