  1. Mario Ferraro is great, and is shaping up to be our next generation Vlasic. Young Vlasic, not old Vlasic.

  2. These guys really didn’t mention William Eklund. Also, why’s Adam calling Burns the main leader? The captain is Couture?

  3. I love you guys, but this is really an example of not knowing anything about the team before you break them down.

  4. You guys are way off base with EK, his words were twisted there and he is not a problem on the team. Fans obviously have a problem, but as a teammate everything is pretty normal.

  5. This is a bad team paying $26.5 million per year on 101 years worth of right side D. For the next 4 years. Front loaded and heavy on signing bonuses. How do you even rebuild?

  6. The talent is definitely there. Name 5 teams who wouldn’t kill for Couture-Hertl-Bonino down the middle. One of the toughest things to pull off in the cap era is center depth.

  7. Xero mention of the young tallent, EK stuff taken out of context, and the Sharks have still won more playoff games in the last 3 years than the leafs and they havent even made the playoffs since 2019

  8. Love you guys, but sometimes you are too disrespectful to guys playing in the West in general …

  9. You guys are gonna want to learn Mario Ferraro's name. Dude is a stud. Wicked quick, great competitor, huge personality, and extremely likeable. A lot of people in San Jose are seeing Mario as future Captain material. Especially with his comment to The Athletic on 9/29: “I love it here. The Sharks are the team that trusted me and drafted me. I’m very loyal to this organization. I don’t see there ever being any better organization that I’d like to be a part of. This is the place I want to be. There’s high goals and high standards here that we are chasing, and that’s very motivating for me. It’s very exciting. I’d love to be a Shark forever.”

  10. Enjoy your podcasts but you guys should know the team before you preview them. Mario Ferraro is shaping into a stud and Dahlen and Eklund, who have impressed are going to make this team. Sharks are underrated which is good and think will push for a wildcard. I realize that it’s “what have you shown us lately” and all their top guys, less Kane and Hertl need a rebound… if that can happen and the goaltending is better than last year, think this team will be competitive and prove people wrong.

  11. Guys I really like your content in general, as a Sharks fan I'm not liking this episode very much at ALL. I know preseason doesn't mean anything, and I know you're not Shqrks fans and then have no good reason to go out of your way to watch SJS games, but it is crystal clear you guys haven't watched. Eklund is appearing as a top 5 talent in the draft and was more than a ppg in the preseason, EK genuinely looks like he gained a step, the team LOOKS happier with EK9 gone, Hill looks like a real starter which I don't blame you for not knowing since he had to sit behind Keumper and Ranttaa. This team will not be a "tanking" team. I don't think this team makes the offs, but with Eklund, Dahlen, Weatherby, Hill, and everyone else gaining a little more stride to their step, I think you guys are definitionally wrong about the Sharks.

  12. I have a lot of respect for you guys but it’s really clear to San Jose fans you don’t have your finger on the pulse of this team at ALL

  13. You guys pretty much set the tone for the Sharks this season. But I tell ya, Mario Ferraro is a guy to watch. He will wear a letter in the future, be an all-star, and if he wore blue and white you’d be buying a #38 jersey.

  14. Word of advice for season previews, maybe research the team before you do a season preview about them. There are more teams in the NHL then Canadian teams and east coast teams

  15. You guys probably shouldn’t talk about teams you know nothing about, it’s kind of embarrassing, no shame in admitting you don’t know, but pretending you do, kinda cringey.

  16. It's only been 2 games but the sharks look so much better than they're talked about here 😆

9 goals in 2 games… First shutout in the league. Young guys on fire, older guys scoring.

Still realistic about the teams chances.. but they're not anywhere near as bad as so many of these people on YouTube said they'd be.

I'm hoping they compete for an 8th seed or are a spoiler to a playoff bound team to get a decent draft pick.
