it's called a trap game folks. Buffalo has some real good young players, they're way better off without Eichel. The trick is, can they build on it? Or will they continue to just be Buffalo?

if buffalo ddnt have that time where key players were out, they would probably be outside looking in on a wildcard spot right now, 6-8 points short or something like that, maybe next year.

The addition of Tuch and Krebs have made a huge difference to the Sabres. Franchise changing trade IMO. Eichel was very clearly a problem and it looks like the team is having a lot more fun without him.
They were calling it a trap game, but I’m really glad that Buffalo didn’t lose to a lesser team like Carolina
