Milwaukee Admirals | Roscoe the « sea dog » | Popplio | So Roscoe is a tough one because there isn’t a perfect combination of dog-like and sea-themed to fit, particularly with his coloration. If you wanted to make an argument for Growlithe I almost went with it too.

I have to admit I had to do some googling to figure out what Ringo was all about, but yeah Zigzagoon seems best. Could make an argument for the evolve Linoone, but I think Ringo looks more like Zigzagoon.
