Keep sleeping on the sens
I feel like this wasn’t supposed to release today
To quote Henry Hill/Ray Liotta, it feels like for years people have wanted to believe that the bruins would have their “and now it’s all over” moment & it never happens.
I hope for 4th, but I'll understand 5th.
It’s funny to see how many people are down on the bruins in general. Many of the things I watch on them have outdated information as well. McAvoy and Marchand are both skating before practices already. Gryzelyk is participating in practice, he’ll be back sooner than expected. Hall is practicing again already and will be back ahead of schedule. And if you watched any of the preseason you’ll see that their prospect pool is a lot deeper than people give them credit for, both forward and defensive depth. None of them are game breakers of course, but collectively pretty deep with plenty of mixing and matching available to put together the best team possible. They also have a clear reason to succeed this year with Bergeron and Krejci which is going to be the motivation this team really hasn’t had since Chara left imo. First to admit I’m a bruins homer, but many of us were looking at this team with very bleak opinions a couple months ago. I don’t blame people for having sour opinions about them now, but watch out for them this year. I think they’re going to be significantly better than people think.
Steve only put them so high in an attempt to jinx them.
Bruins are going to STINK this year. Kreiji being signed is a Hail Mary.
I believe they are on a sharp decline but they still make it this year over Detroit/Ottawa. They’re in a very similar situation to Pittsburgh and Washington where their prospect pools are not good at all and all of their guys are super old. All of them are gonna be sliding heavily in the next few years but I think they all make it this year but are ?‘s for the next few.
