THE Greatest EVER!!!

We Love You Too!
I’m only 47 years old. I’ve had RJ my entire life. What am I going to do now?
THANK YEW RJ
Just like Mike Lang, he wont be replaced. The shoes are too big to fill. RJ is a legend.
Such a large part of our lives! God bless him! He is already missed.
Thank you RJ for an awesome 51 years.. You are truly one of a kind and will be missed. Enjoy your retirement–you certainly deserve it.
I feel like we will hear him again……but this hit hard
Being a Habs fan, I really wish we had a commentator like RJ!
We were there last night. What a game and an amazing memory made.
Y’all might hate on me for saying this but, I don’t really care, I’m gonna say it anyways—I think Jack might’ve been on to something with the whole ’This is the loudest I’ve heard this place…ever…’ thing!
I only actually noticed the loudness in RJ’s final two games, sad sad sad that it takes a legend leaving before people finally decide to become energetic and actually use their voices at a sporting event! 🤷🏼♂️
I actually felt and sounded hoarse coming home from the arena last night—it was wonderful, I haven’t experienced those things since leaving Game 6 vs. Philly in ‘11…I wanna get back there, I wanna get back to cold clammy sweats and leaving games not being able to speak!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 😄
The last beautiful noise game I was at was way back in 2012–Roy’s OT winner vs. Ben Scrivens and the Leafs…hell a game, hell of an evening! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Alice In Chains once used your voice in 2010 to open their shows. As a Buffalonian who was attending school at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL at the time…incredible. Thank you, RJ!
I started to cry when he said goodbye at the game
Thank you RJ for making the first 34 years of my life that much better with your beautiful noise, and providing the commentary for some of the best sports moments I have ever witnessed!
I wasn't exposed to hockey until I moved out on my own and had cable for the first time, including the Empire Sports Network.
RJ is Buffalo Sabres hockey. Thank you for the memories…
A once in a lifetime generational legend that many grew up to listen to.
And will never forget through good times and bad.
God Bless R.J
this pathetic sad homer isnt dead yet?
