    I wanted to take a chance here before the season starts to drop a band suggestion on you guys for the soundcheck. You need to check out The Warning. They're a young power trio of sisters out of Mexico who straight up rock. Given your sound check choices this last year, I think you'll really like them.

    Anything else than a clear convincing win by at least 2 goals difference would be a disappointment. Go Avs! Title Defense Act 1 begins. The only negative, game on TNT, way too much bla bla and I bet they will not show the players introduction and shorten the raising of the banner. Would have love to see it on Altitude with Moser and McNab. 😥

    Man everyone is sleeping on a team that finished last season on a 108 point pace the last 3 quarters after their horrendous start. here's a hot take, the Vancouver Canucks finish second in the pacific and losing in 7 to Calgary in the 2nd round. Also call me crazy but I think the Pacific is actually deeper than the Central, after the Avs and Blues I just see a bunch of mediocre blah

    I called our 48 pt season the “crappo for Kappo and lose for Hughes” year since we had those two early first round pics 😂

    But I think, the winner will be Arizona. But what kind of season is that if you only goal is to be the worst team in the NHL???? That is STUPIDITY!!!! The Avs did not have this position in 2017. I would ask the Blackhawks, why aiming for that guy who might not be that good in the end and giving away DeBrincat who is a top scorer??? The Blackhawks showed, they have not learned one bit of that horrible trade of Panarin to the CBJ for Saad. That trade was the beginning of the end for them for a VERY long time!!! Blackhawks could have picked Byram, Bowman went for for Dach, and we see the result. Each was suppose to be the team changing player. Toews and Kane both have full NMC. If they don't want they will stay and then change for $0.

    Unless Chicago is a serious contender next year or the year after, Toews and Kane won't stick around. They're already both 34 (Kane in Nov.).
